Doña María Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Letrada de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Oviedo, por el presente Hago saber: Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.° 467/20 y NIG 33044 47 1 2020 0000864, siendo la concursada CONSTRUCCIONES ANTILLES, S.L., se ha dictado Auto en fecha 2/03/21, que no es firme, en el que se acuerda declarar el concurso voluntario de CONSTRUCCIONES ANTILLES, S.L., con CIF: B-74107616, acordando al propio tiempo su conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa y la extinción de la persona jurídica concursada, no obstante lo cual, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos existentes. El referido Auto indica igualmente que contra dicha resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a contar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación.
