Edicto. Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 9 y Mercantil de Córdoba, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número Concurso Ordinario 289/2007 referente al concursado Construcciones Aguidelga, Sociedad Limitada Laboral, con Código de Identificación Fiscal B14560973, con domicilio en calle Virgen del Rocío, 50 de Encinas Reales (Córdoba), por auto de fecha siete de octubre de 2009 se ha acordado lo siguiente: 1.- Abrir la fase de liquidación del convenio a petición del deudor. 2.- Mantener la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. 3.- Se ha declarado disuelta la sociedad Construcciones Aguidelga, Sociedad Limitada Laboral, cesando en su función sus administradores, que serán sustituidos por la administración concursal. 4.- Se decreta el vencimiento anticipado de los créditos concursales aplazados y la conversión en dinero de aquellos que consistan en otras prestaciones. 5.- Se ha formado la sección sexta, de calificación del concurso. Dentro de los diez días siguientes a la última publicación del auto abriendo la fase de liquidación, cualquier acreedor o persona que acredite interés legítimo podrá personarse en la sección alegando por escrito cuanto considere relevante para la calificación del concurso como culpable.
