Edicto El Juzgado de 1.ª Instancia número 8 y Mercantil de León, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 973/2009, por auto se ha declarado en concurso al acreedor Construcciones Abel Puente, S.L., con domicilio en carretera Vilecha, nave 13, de León y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en el indicado y con CIF B24465718. 2º.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC.
