Segundo.- En dicho Auto, se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso y el archivo de las actuaciones, el cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor hasta ahora subsistentes, se ha aprobado la rendición de cuentas presentada por la administración concursal y se ha acordado el cierre de la hoja de la inscripción en el Registro Mercantil.
