El Juzgado de lo mercantil número 6 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, Anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento número 716/2014, por auto dictado en fecha 20 de noviembre de 2014, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario a la mercantil Connectia Solutions Factory, S.L., con CIF: B83700898, y con domicilio social en la calle Colada de Pozuelo de Alarcón, nº 20 (Madrid). 2.º Que la mercantil Connectia Solutions Factory, S.L., conserva sus facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio. 3º.- Se acuerda, simultáneamente a lo anterior, la conclusión del concurso por la causa 3ª del apartado 1º del art. 176.bis L.Co. 4.º Se acuerda el cese de todas las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor que pudieran derivarse de la presente declaración de concurso; sin que haya lugar al cese de administrador concursal al no haber sido designado. 5.º Se declara la subsistencia de la responsabilidad de la concursada respecto al pago de los créditos restantes; pudiendo los acreedores iniciar acciones declarativas y ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso. 6.º Se acuerda la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la sociedad concursada.
