JORGE CUÉLLAR OTÓN, Secretario del JUZGADO DE LO MERCANTIL NÚMERO 3 DE ALICANTE, SEDE EN ELX, por el presente HAGO SABER: Que en este Juzgado se tramitan autos de CONCURSO ABREVIADO 000278/2012, siendo la concursada COMODIDAD, S.L., con CIF B-83558239, con domicilio en Avda. de Novelda, 160, bajo, local 2, Polg. Industrial de Carrús de Elche (Alicante), en el que se ha dictado Auto de fecha 04.07.2012 que contiene, entre otros, los siguientes pronunciamientos: - Se declara el estado de concurso voluntario abreviado de Comodidad, S.L. - Se declara concluido el concurso por insuficiencia de bienes para satisfacer los créditos contra la masa que se hubieran generado por la declaración del concurso. - Se acuerda la extinción de la sociedad. Líbrese mandamiento al Sr. Registrador Mercantil de la Provincia, entregándose al Procurador del deudor, así como testimonio de la presente resolución firme a fin del cierre de la hoja de inscripción de la sociedad. - Cabe la posibilidad de reapertura del concurso si aparecen bienes o derechos dentro del plazo de cinco años, ante este Juzgado, en el mismo procedimiento, y al solo objeto de la liquidación concursal. - Los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso.
