Juan Luís Ramos Mendoza Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 7 de Madrid, anuncio: Que en el procedimiento concursal que con el número 1162/2017 referido a la mercantil Coccolati Spain, S.L. con CIF B87283875 se ha dictado auto con fecha 11 de abril de 2019, por el que se ha declarado concluso el concurso por finalización de la fase de liquidación. La misma resolución, que es firme por no poder interponerse recurso alguno (art. 177.1 LC), ha acordado el cese de las limitaciones a las facultades de administración y disposición de la parte concursada subsistentes en ese momento. El cese en su cargo del administrador concursal Andrés Aznar Alcoriza, aprobándose las cuentas formuladas.
