Edicto. El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Ávila, anuncia: 1. Que en el procedimiento concursal número 290/2011 referente a la deudora "Chocolates Elgorriaga, S.L.", con C.I.F. B-84152396, con domicilio en Ávila, carretera N-110, km. 259, se ha presentado el informe de la administración concursal, al que se refiere el capítulo I del título IV de la Ley Concursal (LC), junto con el inventario de bienes y derechos y la lista de acreedores. Dichos documentos pueden ser examinados por los interesados en la Secretaría del Juzgado, así como obtener copias, a su costa. 2. Las partes personadas podrán impugnar ante este Juzgado tanto el inventario de bienes y derechos como la lista de acreedores en aquello que estimen les es perjudicial en el plazo de diez días a contar desde la notificación.
