Jorge González Rodríguez, Letrado Titular de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil núm. 1 de Castellón, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el articulo 23 de la Ley Concursal, hago saber: Primero: Que por Auto de fecha 07/02/2019, dictado en el procedimiento de Concurso Abreviado [CNA], n.º 000044/2019, N.I.G. n.º 12040-66-1-2019-0000046, seguido en este Juzgado, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario y abreviado al deudor "Chip Control, S.L.U.", domiciliado en Castellón (12004) C/ San Fernando, n.º 6, 2.º B, y NIF número B12756789, y al mismo tiempo se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 176.1.3.º de la LC. Segundo: Se ha acordado así mismo la extinción de la concursada y la cancelación de su inscripción en los registros públicos que corresponda. Tercero: En el año siguiente a la fecha de la resolución de conclusión, los acreedores podrán solicitar la reapertura del concurso con la finalidad de que se ejerciten acciones de reintegración, indicando las concretas acciones que deben iniciarse o aportando por escrito hechos relevantes que pudieran conducir a la calificación del concurso como culpable.
