B-83.688.002, se ha acordado mediante Auto de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2009, la conclusión del concurso por el pago de la totalidad de los créditos reconocidos y la íntegra satisfacción de los acreedores. Segundo.- El cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y de disposición del deudor subsistentes. Tercero.- Se declara aprobada la rendición de cuentas presentada por el Administrador. Cuarto.- Que la presente resolución, que se comunicará a las partes personadas se le dará la publicidad prevista en la Ley Concursal. Madrid, 11 de noviembre de 2009.- La Secretario.
