Edicto. Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Donostia-San Sebastián, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 278/2008, referente al concursado "Cauchos Gravisa, S.L.", con CIF B-20648515, se ha dictado auto de fecha 17/06/2011, cuya parte dispositiva es la siguiente: "Parte dispositiva: 1. Se acuerda separar del cargo de administrador concursal a Don José Maria Aldalur Fraile. Se le requiere para que rinda cuentas de su actuación en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación de esta resolución y para que devuelva en el plazo de una audiencia la credencial que le habilita como administrador concursal. 2. Se decreta la perdida por el administrador concursal del derecho a la remuneración que corresponda por el concurso, debiendo devolver las cantidades que hubiere percibido, asi como cualquier otra cantidad procedente del concurso que obre en su poder. 3. Se nombra administrador del concurso por el mismo concepto a D. Juan Recalde Méndez De Vigo, Abogado, a quien se le comunicará el nombramiento por el medio mas rapido posible. Infórmesele: 1.º Que dentro de los cinco días siguientes al recibo de esta comunicación debe comparecer en el Juzgado para manifestar si acepta o no el cargo. 2.º Que de concurrir alguna causa de recusación de las expresadas en los artículos 28 y 33 de la LC, está obligado a manifestarlo. 4. A esta resolución dése la publicidad registral establecida en el artículo 24 de la LC y anótese en el Registro a que se refiere el artículo 198. De igual modo, publiquese en el BOE con caracter gratuito. Remitase tambien copia del Auto al T.A.P. y al Colegio Oficial de Titulados Mercantiles y Empresariales a los efectos del art. 28.2, parrafo 2.º, de la LC.
