Así mismo, se ha acordado también la extinción de la persona jurídica deudora, procediendo el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil de Bizkaia. Dicho auto no es firme y contra el mismo puede interponerse recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días.
