Luis Miguel Gonzalo Capellín, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Barcelona, Por el presente, hago saber, que en el Concurso voluntario tramitado bajo el n.º 68/2007-A de la entidad mercantil CAÑELLAS LINKS, S.L., con CIF B17639782 se ha dictado auto firme de fecha 20 de marzo de 2017, en el cual se acuerda la conclusión del presente concurso por finalización de las operaciones de liquidación de la masa activa existente, acordándose asimismo la extinción y cancelación de la inscripción registral de la concursada CAÑELLAS LINKS, S.L., así como la inscripción de la conclusión de concurso y la extinción de la sociedad en el Registro público correspondiente y la publicación de dicha resolución en el BOE. Igualmente en dicho auto se acuerda el cese de la Administración concursal desde la publicación del mismo y la aprobación de la rendición de cuentas formulada por la misma.
