El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Palma de Mallorca, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento Concurso Necesario Abreviado número 145/2009, por auto de fecha 25.5.09 se ha declarado en concurso al deudor Cafes´Hort SL con CIF B57311193, con domicilio en Carrer de la Mar número 13 Palma. 2º.- Que el deudor ha sido suspendido en el ejercicio de las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio, siendo sustituido por la administración concursal. 3º.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC.
