Don Joaquín Marco Pueyo, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos con el número 160/2011 Bse ha declarado el concurso voluntario-principal de fecha 1 de abril de 2011 "CA. Inversiones Patentadas, S.L.", con N.I.F. número B-61986584, y domicilio en carretera de Sant Cugat, número 63, bajos, de Rubí, en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición, que se tramitará por los cauces del procedimiento abreviado. Los acreedores de la concursada deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará en la Unidad de Apoyo cCncursal, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 111, edificio C, planta 13, 08014 Barcelona, con indicación expresa del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 y el número de autos 160/2011B, en el plazo de quince días, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el "BOE" firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende. Se deberán acompañar originales o copias auténticas del título o de los documentos relativos al crédito.
