Edicto Secretario Judicial D/ña José Vela Pérez, del Juzgado Mercantil n.º 6 de Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos que se siguen en este Juzgado con el número 656/2013 se ha declarado, mediante auto de fecha 21/11/2013, el concurso voluntario de BONACUISTA BRAINWORKS GLOBAL SERVICES, S.L. (en adelantes BONACUISTA BGS) con NIF B-62157342 y domicilio en C. Gomis, núm. 34-36, Barcelona, en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio, que se tramitará por los cauces del concurso abreviado ordinario. Los acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos al administrador concursal designado D/D.ª Antonio García Marques por medio de escrito que se presentará, personalmente, por vía postal en el domicilio del administrador concursal, sito en calle Mallorca, 245, 6.º 2.º, Barcelona, o en la dirección electrónica designada por el administrador concursal [email protected] en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde la publicación en el BOE del presente edicto. El escrito deberá ir firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende. Si se invocare un privilegio especial se indicarán, además, los bienes y derechos a que afecte y, en su caso, los datos registrales. Se deberán acompañar originales o copias auténticas del título o de los documentos relativos al crédito, o bien copia en forma electrónica caso de que se haya optado por este medio de comunicación.
