Doña María Jesús Palmero Sandín, Secretaria del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 6 de Madrid, anuncia: Primero.-Que en el procedimiento concursal voluntario número 117/2010 referente al deudor Bildutrans Madrid, CIF: B-83794347, se ha presentado el informe de la administración concursal al que se refiere el capítulo I del título IV de la Ley Concursal (LC), junto con el inventario de bienes y derechos y la lista de acreedores. Dichos documentos pueden ser examinados por los interesados en la Secretaría del Juzgado. Segundo.-Dentro del plazo de diez día, computado desde la última de las publicaciones de este edicto que se publicará en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado" (con carácter gratuito) y en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado, los interesados que se consideren perjudicados por el inventario de bienes y derechos o por la lista de acreedores, podrán presentar impugnaciones en este Juzgado de lo Mercantil. Las partes personadas podrán presentar impugnaciones dentro del plazo de diez días a contar desde la notificación de la providencia de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2010 (artículo 96.1 Ley Concursal).
