Se declara aprobada la rendición de cuentas final de la Administración Concursal. Se declara la extinción de la mercantil Baymu, S.L., y procédase al cierre de la hoja de inscripción en los registros públicos que corresponda, a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento conteniendo testimonio de la resolución firme.
