D.ª Covadonga Herrero Udaondo, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Cádiz, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 453/09, por auto de doce de junio de dos mil nueve, se ha declarado en Concurso Voluntario al deudor Atlantis Sevilla Comunicación SL, con CIF B 72029614, domicilio en Avenida del Estrecho, Edificio Almanzor, nave 8, Polígono Industrial La Manacha, Algeciras (Cádiz). 2º.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º- Que los acreedores de los concursados deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC.
