D.ª Ana Isabel de Marino Gómez de Sandoval, Secretaria Judicial de Juzgado de lo Mercantil numero 1 de Valladolid, por el presente, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el numero Sección I Declaración de Concurso 000387/2014 y NIG 4718647 1 2014 0000440 se ha dictado en fecha 31-07-14 auto de declaración y conclusión del concurso del deudor Astursanz 25, S.L., con CIF B-47524137, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en calle La Pasión, n.º 13, bajo, Valladolid. 2º.- Se declara la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa activa, quedando el deudor responsable del pago de los créditos, pudiendo los acreedores iniciar ejecuciones singulares en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura o no se declare nuevo concurso.
