Edicto. El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º1 de Oviedo, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1. Que en el procedimiento número 273/2009, por auto de 26 de junio de 2009 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario abreviado al deudor "Asturfix, S.L.", con CIF n.º B33561721 con domicilio en calle Polígono Fábrica Mieres, nave 9, Mieres centro de principales intereses. 2. Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3. Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar desde la publicación de anuncio en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado", sin perjuicio de que se haya ordenado también su publicación en el diario "La Nueva España". 4. Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 LC).
