B50756899 y domicilio en carretera Castellón KM 3.300 de Zaragoza, declarando por el mismo auto la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa activa y el archivo de las actuaciones Segundo.- Se ha acordado la extinción de la mercantil Aragón Car, S.L y se ha acordado el cierre de la hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. Tercero.- En dicho Auto se ha acordado la publicación del presente en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. Contra el referido Auto cabe recurso de apelación.
