Don Jorge Cuéllar Otón, Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 3 de Alicante, sede en Elx, Por el presente, hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se tramitan autos de concurso abreviado - 000285/2012, siendo la concursada "Aparados Judit, S.L.", con NIF B-53220067, domicilio en calle Ruperto Chapi, 75, Elche (Alicante), en el que se ha dictado Auto de fecha 3 de julio de 2012, que contiene los siguientes pronunciamientos: 1. Se tiene por personada y por parte a la mercantil "Aparados Judit, S.L.", y en su representación al Procurador señor Sánchez Martín-Cortés, con quien se entenderán las sucesivas diligencias en la forma prevenida por la Ley y por solicitada la declaración de concurso voluntario de acreedores. 2. Se admite a trámite dicha solicitud y se declara el estado de concurso voluntario abreviado de "Aparados Judit, S.L." 3. Se declara concluido el presente concurso por insuficiencia de bienes para satisfacer los créditos contra la masa que se hubieran generado por la declaración del concurso. 4. Se acuerda la extinción de la sociedad. 5. Cabe la posibilidad de reapertura del concurso si aparecen bienes o derechos dentro del plazo de cinco años, ante este Juzgado, en el mismo procedimiento, y al solo objeto de la liquidación concursal. 6. Los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso. 7.
