El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Oviedo, anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento concursal número 3000337/2008 referente al concursado "Talleres Peñamellera, Sociedad Anónima", con CIF B-33485343, y con domicilio en calle Valentín Masip, número 40, de Oviedo, se ha convocado Junta de acreedores que se celebrará el día 1 de julio de 2009, a las doce horas, en la Sala de Vistas de este Juzgado. 2.º Se declara finalizada la fase común del presente procedimiento concursal. 3.º Se abre la fase de convenio que se encabezará con testimonio de esta resolución, formándose la Sección Quinta. 4.º Hasta cuarenta días antes del señalado para la celebración de la Junta, el deudor y los acreedores cuyos créditos superen conjunta o individualmente una quinta parte del total pasivo resultante de la lista definitiva podrán presentar propuestas de convenio. Los acreedores podrán adherirse a las propuestas de convenio en los términos del artículo 115.3 de la LC. 5.º Tienen derecho de asistencia a la Junta los acreedores que figuren incluidos en la lista definitiva de acreedores, pudiendo hacerse representar por medio de apoderados en la forma prevista en el artículo 118 de la LC.
