Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Sevilla, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1º.- Que el procedimiento número 64/2009, por auto de esta fecha se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Anaubelleza, S.L., con CIF B-91395145, cuyo centro de principales intereses y domicilio se encuentra en C/ Siete Revueltas, 4, Sevilla. 2º.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la L.C.
