Edicto. El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Pamplona/Iruña anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 0000058/2009 referente al concursado Almacenes Sajonia, S.A., con CIF A-31065816, con domicilio en calle San Agustín, 13, de Berriozar por auto de fecha 27 de marzo de 2013 se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso, cuya parte dispositiva dice así: Decido: 1.º Acordar la conclusión del concurso de acreedores de la entidad Almacenes Sajonia, S.A. 2.º Declarar aprobadas las cuentas rendidas, por la Administración concursal 3.º Inscríbase la presente resolución en la hoja abierta a la referida sociedad en el Registro Mercantil de Navarra. A tal fin expídase mandamiento a dicho Registro Público con expresión de la firmeza de esta resolución. 4.º Acordar la extinción de la referida sociedad y disponer el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil de Navarra, a cuyo efecto expídase mandamiento al Registro Mercantil de Navarra número 1 con expresión de su firmeza, comprensivo de los datos de identificación y parte dispositiva. 5.º Publíquese la presente resolución mediante edictos que se anunciarán en el tablón de anuncios de ese juzgado y en el BOE Entréguense los despachos al procurador de la concursada para que cuide de su curso y gestión. Líbrese exhorto al Juzgado Decano de Pamplona, a fin de que ponga en conocimiento de todos los juzgados de 1.ª Instancia y Social, la conclusión del presente concurso a los efectos de los artículos 177 y 178 de la LC.
