Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 8 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 51/2009, por auto de 25 de mayo de 2009 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Adepec Empresa Constructora, S.L., con CIF: B-83.680.744, y con domicilio social en la calle Rejas, nº 2, 2º, Oficina 16, en Coslada (Madrid). 2º.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal designada, Ramón Blanco Buitrago, Abogado, con despacho profesional en calle Almagro, nº 26, esc. Izq., de Madrid, y número de fax: 91.310.24.88, la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 LC. La comunicación se formulará por escrito y se presentará en el Juzgado. El plazo para esta comunicación es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 4º.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 LC).
