Anuncia 1.º-Que en el procedimiento número 213/2011 por auto de fecha 15 de abril de 2011, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario a la sociedad ACM 2013 Grupo Constructor, Sociedad Limitada, con CIF b18646851 y domicilio en calle Torreón, n.º 17, de Albolote (Granada), y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Granada. 2.º-Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3.º-Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. La comunicación de cada acreedor se realizará mediante correo certificado, a la siguiente dirección: C/ Administración concursal de ACM 2013 Grupo Constructor, Sociedad Limitada, Carrera de la Virgen, n.º 8, 10, 3.º C, 18005 Granada.
