El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Málaga, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal 628/08 (NIG 2906742M20080000750), referente al concursado NADALSOL GRUPO, S.L., con CIF B-29799632, se ha dictado auto de fecha 14 de noviembre de 2016 acordando la conclusión del concurso y cuya parte dispositiva es del siguiente tenor literal: Acuerdo la conclusión del presente procedimiento de concurso de acreedores de NADALSOL GRUPO, S.L., por finalización de las operaciones de liquidación, cesando las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistentes en este momento. Acuerdo la extinción de la sociedad, debiéndose emitir los mandamientos de cancelación oportunos con testimonio de la presente resolución. La conclusión del concurso produce los efectos regulados en el artículo 178 de la Ley Concursal. Contra esta resolución no cabe recurso alguno.
