Rafael Villar Herrera, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción n.º 4 y de lo Mercantil de Ciudad Real, por el presente, Hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos de concurso voluntario abreviado, seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º 00000335/15 y NIG n.º 13034 41 1 2015 0005776, se ha dictado con fecha 3 de diciembre de 2015 auto de declaración de Concurso Voluntario de la entidad mercantil "S.A.F CIUDAD REAL, S.L.", con CIF n.º B13274121 y actual domicilio social en la localidad de Ciudad Real en carretera de Porzuna, km. 2,800, finca "El Chaparrillo". 2.º Que, al propio tiempo y en la misma resolución, se ha declarado la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa activa, quedando la deudora responsable de sus créditos, pudiendo los acreedores iniciar sus ejecuciones singulares en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso. 3.º Como consecuencia de la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa, se ha acordado igualmente el cierre de la hoja de la inscripción de la persona jurídica en el Registro Mercantil de Ciudad Real.
