Valmesa cp. 03502. Benidorm, Alicante, y C.I.F. número A03319530, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de esta provincia, y cuya parte dispositiva es del siguiente tenor literal: "Acuerdo la homologación del acuerdo de refinanciación suscrito por la mercantil Valoraciones Mediterráneo, S.A., suscrito por las instantes el 23 de mayo de 2014, con las mercantiles Banco de Sabadell, S.A., Bankinter, S.A., Banco Popular, S.A., Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. y Cajas Rurales Reunidas Sociedad coooperativa de crédito. Este acuerdo tendrá la naturaleza de transacción judicial. Acuerdo la extensión a los acreedores financieros disidentes: - Caixa D'Estalvis de Cataluña i Manresa (Cataluna Caixa), S.A. préstamo n.º 2013 1937 16 9600007161. - Banca March, S.A., póliza de crédito n.º 0008500401. - Barclays Bank, S.A., escrituras de préstamo con garantía de hipoteca inmobiliaria: n.º 1.369 del notario José Ramón Rius Mestre el día 20 de abril de 2007. n.º 1.210 del notario Antonio E. Magraner Duart de 13 de julio de 2006. -Banco Español de Crédito, S.A., respecto del contrato sobre operaciones financieras (producto derivado de permuta financiera) de fecha 28/10/2008 (cuyas posiciones deudoras determinarán un interés remuneratorio del 1,65%). La extensión de los efectos respecto de los demás se realiza en los términos expuestos en el fundamento primero de la presente con un incremento de los intereses remuneratorios de cada uno de los contratos de un 1,65%. Los acreedores de pasivos financieros afectados por la homologación judicial que no hubieran suscrito el acuerdo de homologación o que hubiesen mostrado su disconformidad podrán impugnar esta resolución en el plazo de quince días siguientes a la publicación."
