Edicto Don Mariano Rodríguez Trotonda, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 3 de Madrid, anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento número 275/2012 se ha dictado auto por el Magistrado don Antonio Pedreira González de fecha 31 de mayo de 2012 en el concurso voluntario Abreviado a Preimpresión 2000, S.L, con N.I.G: 28079100039342012, C.I.F.: B-80996952. 2.º Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3.º Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos de acuerdo con el artículo 85 de la LC.
