Jose Tronchoni Albert, Secretario judicial do Xdo. do Mercantil N. 2 de Pontevedra, por el presente, Hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º sección I declaración de concurso 0000197/2012 y NIG n.º 36038 47 1 2012/0000337 se ha dictado en fecha uno de octubre de 2012 Auto de Declaración de Concurso Voluntario del deudor 1992 Touron, SL, nº B-36916385, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Pontevedra, al tomo y libro 2803, folio 105, sección 8.ª hoja PO-31897, inscripción 1.ª y con domicilio social en Tomiño, Parque Industrial El Sobrar, 15 A Bajo (Pontevedra). 2.º Se ha acordado que las facultades de administración y disposición sobre el patrimonio del deudor quedan intervenidas por la administración concursal que se designará al efecto mediante su autorización o conformidad. 3.º La administración concursal, al amparo de lo previsto en los artículos 26 y 27 de la LC, con las facultades determinadas en el apartado anterior, estará integrada por: el economista Antonio Blanco Guerrero con nif 36030427-F, con domicilio profesional en Teixugueiras 32- Portal 4, Entlo.
