Don Joaquín Marco Pueyo, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos con el n.° 657/2009-G se ha declarado el concurso voluntario principal de fecha 13 de noviembre de 2009 de 02-Sport Total, SLU con N.I.F. n.° B-63669030 y domicilio en Rambla de Cataluña, n.° 12, 2°, 2° de Barcelona, en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición, que se tramitará por los cauces del procedimiento abreviado. Los acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará en la Unidad de apoyo concursal, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 111, Edificio C, Planta 13, 08014 Barcelona con indicación expresa del Juzgado Mercantil 1 y el número de autos 657/2009G, en el plazo de quince días, a contar desde el día siquiente de la publicación en el BOE; firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende.
