REPUESTOS CANDOR SL. Modificaciones estatutarias. ARTICULO 26.- CARACTER DEL CARGO DE ADMINISTRADOR El cargo de administrador será retribuido. La retribución consistirá en una cantidad fija anual que queda establecida en trescientos euros. Esta cantidad se actualizará con arreglo al IPC publicado por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística u.
