La Sociedad se constituye por tiempo indefinido y dará comienzo a sus operaciones el día UNO DE JULIO DE DOS MIL DIECISEIS. . ARTICULO 27º.- EJERCICIO SOCIAL. El ejercicio social comenzará el día primero de enero y terminará el treinta y uno de diciembre de cada año. Por excepción el primer ejercicio comprenderá el espacio de tiempo entre el día UNO DE JULIO DE DOS MIL DIECISEIS y el treinta y uno de diciembre siguiente. Datos registrales.
