CONSTRUCCIONS FERRER-FRANCO SL(R.M. PALMA DE MALLORCA). Modificaciones estatutarias. 20. "ARTICULO 20º.- El cargo de administrador será retribuido, consistiendo dicha retribución en una nómina mensual. La cuantía de la retribución la establecerá de forma anual la Junta General de forma independiente por cada uno de los miembros del órgano de administración en función del tiempo. Datos registrales.
