SIMON RUEDA HERMANOS SL(R.M. SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE). Modificaciones estatutarias. Artículo 29º.- Retribución.- El cargo de administrador o consejero será retribuido. Dicha retribución consitirá en la cantidad fija anual que, para cada ejercicio, acuerde la Junta General.
