Se establece que el cargo de administrador, administradoreso miembro del Consejo pase a ser retribuido. Dicha retribución será cantidad fija anual que señale, en cada caso, la Junta General para cada ejercicio. En consecuencia se modificala redacción del artículo 13º de los Estatutos.
